It is a pre-requisite to have filtering installed which is linked to Active
Directory. Once this is done you can set up your continuity mailbox by following
the step by step screenshot walkthrough below (click on the relevant tab to
view a step):

- You will be prompted to set up a security question. Please do so and click "Ok".

- Your continuity mailbox has now been set up. The home screen will show your
quarantined messages. To start using the continuity mailbox, click the
"Continuity" tab.

- You can only use the continuity mailbox if normal mail is down. All new mail
will then appear in your continuity mailbox. You will be able to send mail.
- When mail starts working again, all mail sent and received will be sent through
to your normal mailbox.
