PC, Server and Network Monitoring
Using a simple piece of software, we are able to manage all your critical network components – workstations, servers, applications, websites, network services or network devices – to meet the levels of uptime that you define. Also, by monitoring proactively, we can generally foresee a device failing, and we can take the appropriate action to ensure you are not affected .
Bandwidth Monitoring
We are able to manage your connection to the Internet – whether it’s onsite at your premises or hosted by GLOBAL MICRO at our data centre – and ensure that any bottlenecks are eliminated.
Asset Management
We use an advanced auto-discovery technology to collect accurate data about the devices on your network. An inventory is collected at regular intervals and ensures that you and GLOBAL MICRO always have access to up-to-date asset inventory information.
Reporting
Working with the power of Microsoft’s SQL database, our reporting services give you insight into network performance and user productivity. The service also allows you to set custom reports, and archive previous ones so you can pick up trends and thereby optimise your infrastructure.
Patches & Updates
Leveraging the Microsoft Windows Services Update Server (WSUS), we ensure you are protected against network threats, outdated software versions and other issues. WSUS delivers software patches quickly, easily and reliably. It requires minimal bandwidth, you can patch any Windows operating system or Microsoft application, and you can configure the service to your individual needs.
Quarterly Business Review
As part of the managed workplace, we include a quarterly business review with your organisation. Prior to each review, we prepare a comprehensive analysis of all alerts and reports over the quarter, we offer recommendations for improvements, and we demonstrate areas where you can reduce costs. Our reports include Web site monitoring, server health, site performance & health, patch status and detail, an asset inventory and device performance.
